Our studios are equipped to accommodate 1 or 2 people at a time. They come fully furnished with a private bathroom, all utilities included and a communal kitchen located on each floor. Choose from our standard rooms, that being our most popular, our corner rooms if you prefer more space, our top floor rooms for those that need extra sunlight or our top floor corner rooms giving you the best of all options.
Parc Cité is located in the heart of the charming Milton Parc neighborhood minutes away from McGill University, Place des Arts, Parc du Mont-Royal, plenty of grocery stores, restaurants and bars. The neighbourhood is known for its leafy streets lined with delicate architecture from the 19th-century. Next to the busy streets like Park Avenue and Sherbrooke Street, there are local restaurants, cozy bars, and creative cafes to accommodate your studies. A nearby underground mall includes Cinéma du Parc, which shows indie movies and hosts film festival screenings.
